Sala-Mat Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Sala-Mat purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unused and free from damage
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at salamatcollectionllc@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions for sending your package to our return address
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
